Customer Reviews
Decent food, easy process
I tried the croquettes pour chat stérilisé for my older cat. It was pretty easy to set up the profile online. The food arrived a day earlier than the tracking said, which was nice. My cat seems to like it fine, no complaints from her or me. Good overall experience.
Detailed dog food experience
I ordered the alimentation personnalisée pour chiot for my new golden retriever puppy. The online questionnaire to tailor the food was thorough, asking about breed, activity level, and any sensitivities. The ordering process was smooth, and I received an email confirmation right away. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was within their stated window. The bag of food arrived well-sealed, and the portion guide on the packaging was clear. My puppy has been eating the croquettes au canard for about two weeks now, and he seems to digest it well, with no upset stomach. I also added the huile de saumon, which was easy to mix in. The texture of the kibble is good for a puppy, not too hard. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but everything else worked as expected.
Always reliable, great food
Got my usual order of croquettes sur mesure pour chien. This is my third or fourth box from Just Russel, and they're always consistent. My dog loves the lamb formula, and his coat looks noticeably better. Delivery was on time, as usual. It's why I keep coming back.
My cat adores this!
Just got the personalized cat food for my picky eater, and she LOVES it! She usually turns her nose up at everything, but she gobbled this right down. The packaging was cute too. I will definitely be ordering again and telling my friends with cats!

hey, anyone used a referral code for Just Russel? do they stack with the first month free deal or is it just one thing per order?
how long does delivery usually take for these guys? i'm in Marseille and my dog's getting low on food.
what if my dog just hates the food? can you cancel the subscription easily or is it a big hassle?
my dog has a bunch of allergies, especially to grain. is their 'hypoallergenic' food actually good or is it just marketing speak?
anyone tried Just Russel versus like, Tails.co? trying to figure out which one is better for a senior dog with joint issues.
